School
While at Jennings High School I participated in all the sports programs, however basketball was my favorite, coach Watkins was my coach followed by coach Van-Hook, I guess he later became principal, yikes! That's scary. Any way, Myself and my brother, Michael Lee, my cousin Nicholas Simeon, and a host of others like Frederick Fields, Haley and Eldrige Dartez, Guinn, Bill Theriot, Larry Guidry, Tommy Harrelson, who's Dad was the principal at the time, and others I haven't seen in years, (to be honest I'm surprized I remember as many...Expand for more
as I did) represented J.H.S. at the highest levels of competition for our times in that area. I miss it like Al Bundy:)
College
After graduating from Jennings High in 1974, I joined the Army and stayed in for 7 years, after that I went to Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, North Carolina where I majored in Electronic engineering, with a minor in Business, I have since traveled extensively, worked in many areas of electronics and business. I owe all that I am to my humble beginnings in Jennings and at Jennings High School.
